These are live products with Australian pricing, ready to order rather than quoted per project. The range breaks down into four parts.
- HÅG Capisco saddle chairs — the Capisco 8106, the Capisco Puls 8010 and the Capisco Puls 8020. The chair for people who work over a task rather than back from a desk.
- HÅG Tion task chairs — the 2100, 2140, 2160 and 2340 Mesh. Conventional office seating with HÅG's inBalance movement. Also here: the HÅG SoFi Mesh and the HÅG Tribute.
- RH chairs — the RH Secur24 for control rooms and multi-shift sites, the New Logic 220 executive chair, and the Mereo 220 and Mereo 300 task chairs.
- Parts, accessories and coat stands — Capisco gas lifts, footrings, the StepUp and Quickstep, castors and glides, plus coat stands from Offecct and Profim. As distributor we can source parts for Flokk chairs that have been in service for years.
Which one, in one paragraph
If you sit upright and lean into your work — dentists, surgeons, jewellers, musicians, anyone at a bench or a standing desk — the Capisco is the chair, and the gas lift you choose matters more than the model. If you sit at a normal desk for a normal working day, the Tion range or the SoFi Mesh will serve you better and cost less. If the chair has to survive shift work or a room that never closes, that is RH's territory and the Secur24 is the one certified for it. Warranty, and the clause people miss
- HÅG — 10 years in normal use at up to 9 hours per day, for users up to 110 kg. Beyond 9 hours per day the term is 5 years. Fabrics and leather are covered for 5 years either way.
- RH — 10 years in normal use at up to 9 hours per day, for users up to 150 kg. Separately, a 5 year warranty applies to RH chairs approved for control room 24/7 use, the Secur24 among them, with upholstery excluded from those terms unless it is an RH approved 24/7 fabric.
- Offecct — 5 years from delivery for material and construction faults. Profim — 5 years for products used 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Read the hours-per-day condition rather than the headline number, particularly if you are specifying for a rotating roster. As Australian distributor we assess and handle Flokk-brand warranty claims here in Sydney rather than routing them offshore — you deal with us, on Australian time. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any manufacturer warranty above is in addition to those rights.

Flokk publishes recycled content figures and Environmental Product Declarations per model rather than making general brand-level claims, which is what green building and government submissions actually ask for.
