Flokk guarantee claims are assessed and handled by our team in Sydney rather than routed offshore, through our Flokk warranty claim form. HÅG gas lifts, footrings and other spare parts are on hand.

The programme is for businesses that sell furniture to the public or to business customers from a physical showroom, where customers can see, sit in and adjust the chairs before they buy. Ergonomic and office-chair specialists are the best fit, but general furniture retailers and commercial furniture dealers are welcome to apply.

How to become a dealer
- Apply online. The dealer application takes a few minutes: your company, ABN, contact details, showroom and the brands you are interested in.
- We review your application. We check your ABN and business details, typically within one to two business days, and may call to talk through your range.
- We set up your trade catalogue. Your account is matched to a trade catalogue that suits your business.
- You get your login. We email an invitation to set up your dealer login on chairdinkum.com.au.
- Start ordering. Order online at your trade prices, or call us for larger or mixed orders.

Who handles warranty claims on Flokk products?
Flokk guarantee claims are assessed and handled by our team in Sydney, through our Flokk warranty claim form. Warranty terms vary by brand and model and are set out on our warranty page. They are in addition to your customers' rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I order Herman Miller as a dealer?
The Herman Miller Aeron is available to approved dealers on request. It is an international parallel import, so the cover on it is a Chair Dinkum warranty rather than Herman Miller's. See our warranty page for the terms.
