The HÅG Capisco is designed to promote movement and variation, with a flexible height range that makes it easy to shift between sitting, standing and perching and a saddle seat that allows for balanced sitting. This posture preserves the lumbar curve, opens hip joint angles, and relaxes muscles, reducing strain on the body.
