Everything here is a genuine HAG replacement part or service tool from Flokk — gas lifts, castors, footrings and glides, along with the HAG StepUp and Quickstep and the tools for unblocking a seized gas lift or taking a chair apart.
Why genuine parts
A genuine gas lift costs a fraction of the price of a new chair, and fitting one is often all it takes to put a good chair back into daily service. Because the part comes from the chair's own manufacturer, fit is not a gamble — which matters when the component in question is the one holding you up.
