Why choose the Capisco 8106?
The 8106 is the Capisco most people picture. The saddle seat lets you sit facing forwards, sideways or astride, and the upholstered backrest adjusts in height (44–50 cm on Flokk's factsheet) and doubles as a chest support when you sit the other way round and lean forward over the desk.
Ordering it to your own specification opens up HÅG's full fabric range rather than the colours we hold in Sydney, plus every frame colour, gas lift and castor option below. It is the same chair either way: 12.1 kg, seat depth adjustable from 37 to 47 cm, and HÅG's inBalance tilt. The difference is choice, and a longer wait while it is built in Norway.

Returns: because each chair is built to your specification, made-to-order chairs can’t be returned for change of mind once your order is in production. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us and we will confirm whether it can still be cancelled and any costs already committed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See our returns policy.

Capisco in Every Setting
Capisco 8106: questions
It is the same model. Ordering it made to order gives you HÅG's full choice of fabrics, frame colours, gas lifts and castors; the 8106 we hold in Sydney comes in selected configurations and ships much sooner. Prices are similar, so the trade-off is choice against waiting time.
On Flokk's figures the 8106 sits at 40–54 cm on the 150 mm lift, 46–64 cm on the 200 mm lift and 55–81 cm on the 265 mm lift. The 200 mm lift suits a standard 72–75 cm desk; choose the 265 mm lift for a sit-stand desk where you want to perch high. Our Capisco gas lift guide works it through.
Yes. The foot ring is available with the 200 mm and 265 mm lifts, and the chair hanger is offered on the 8106. Both are in the Extras step, priced as you add them.

Flokk guarantees HÅG chairs against production defects for 10 years in normal use of up to 9 hours a day (5 years beyond that), on the terms on our warranty page. Claims are handled in Sydney, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Parts & accessories for your Capisco
Every Capisco and Capisco Puls uses the same HÅG gas lifts, so you can change your seat height later. Working at a standing desk? Fit the 265 mm Capisco gas lift; our Capisco Puls gas lift guide shows the seat height each one gives. Replacing a worn gas lift? You'll need the HÅG gas lift unblocking tool to remove the old one. On thick carpet, 65 mm Capisco castors roll more easily.
