The HÅG Step Up is a height-adjustable footrest designed to pair with the Capisco when used at standing-desk height. Unlike the footring (which attaches to the gas lift), the Step Up sits on the floor and provides a stable platform for one or both feet.

When to choose Step Up vs Footring
- Footring: Best when you move the chair around frequently. The ring travels with the chair and provides 360-degree foot support.
- Step Up: Best for a fixed workstation. Provides a larger, more stable platform and works independently of the chair. Also useful if you alternate between sitting and standing.
