The larger 65mm wheel diameter distributes weight over a greater surface area and rolls more easily through thick carpet fibres. If your office has plush or deep-pile carpet and you find your chair difficult to move, upgrading to 65mm castors makes a significant difference.
These castors fit all HÅG Capisco models (8106, 8107), HÅG Capisco Puls 8010, and HÅG Capisco Puls 8020. They use the standard 11mm push-fit stem shared across the entire Capisco range.
Tip the chair on its side and pull the old castors straight out of the base. Push the new 65mm castors firmly into each socket until they click into place. No tools are needed. The whole process takes about two minutes.
These are hard-wheel castors designed specifically for carpeted surfaces. For hard floors (timber, tile, vinyl), you should use soft-wheel castors instead, which have a rubberised tread to prevent scratching and sliding.
