Buro guarantees the Persona 24/7 against faulty manufacture for 10 years in single-shift use (up to 8 hours a day), and for 2 years where the chair is used 16 or more hours a day in multi-shift operation. The gas lift carries a lifetime guarantee. Upholstery and fair wear and tear are excluded; Jett fabric carries a separate 2-year wear-through guarantee for single-shift use. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is void if the chair is used beyond Buro's daily-hours or user-weight rating (AFRDI 142 certified to 185 kg, multi-shift).

The Persona 24/7 is Buro's heavy-duty chair: a high-density moulded polyurethane back 640 mm high, a padded seat with a slide, height and width adjustable arms as standard, and a heavy-duty base and mechanism that Buro built to withstand multi-user, multi-shift work. It weighs 28 kg. Its AFRDI 142 certificate (17145/1, valid to 4 February 2027) certifies it for users up to 185 kg in multiple-shift operation, higher than the Metro II 24/7's 160 kg.
