Flokk lists the StepUp for the HÅG Capisco, Capisco Puls and Creed, on 150 mm, 200 mm and 265 mm gas lifts, and for desk heights of 80–95 cm.

Flokk's published HÅG warranty is written for chairs: 10 years against material and manufacturing faults in normal use up to 9 hours a day (5 years beyond that). It covers any necessary spare parts, and excludes labour, transport and normal wear and tear. Flokk does not publish a separate term for parts and accessories bought on their own, so ring us on 02 9640 0642 before you buy if the term matters to you.

Two extra foot levels

A plate and a ball, so your feet keep finding new positions as you perch.

Fits all three lifts

Flokk lists it for 150, 200 and 265 mm gas lifts. Unlike the footring, it fits a 150 mm lift.

Why a StepUp?

Raise a Capisco towards standing height and your feet leave the floor. Left with nowhere to go, they hook around the base or dangle, and the open, moving posture the chair is designed for falls apart.

The StepUp fixes to the chair and gives your feet two extra levels, a plate and a ball, for what Flokk calls "a greater variety of seating positions". It rides along on its own castors, so wherever you roll, your foot support comes with you.

Flokk suits it to desks of 80–95 cm: the perching zone of a sit-stand desk, a drafting table, a lab bench or a reception counter.

Three heights for your feet

The floor, the plate and the ball. When the seat goes up towards standing height, your feet always have somewhere to go, and somewhere different to go next.

    A full-foot platform about 200 mm off the floor: the first of the two extra levels.

    Its top sits about 305 mm up: a higher point for your heel or the ball of your foot as you change position.

    Fixes the StepUp to the chair's gas lift column. It attaches and detaches without tools.

    The plate stands on its own 65 mm castors, so it rolls with the chair instead of being left behind.

Perch, don't dangle

Made for working at height

Perching is the posture the Capisco is built for: hips higher than knees, spine upright, weight shared between the seat and your feet. It only works if your feet have something firm to push against.

At a counter, bench or sit-stand desk the StepUp is that something. Rest a foot on the plate, hook a heel over the ball, put one foot back on the floor, and keep changing as the day goes on. The photos on this page show it fitted to a Capisco Puls; it fits the Capisco and Creed in the same way.
