The Entry to the Buro x PowerA Range
The Raider is the grey PU chair in the Buro x PowerA gaming range: a high back with a built-in headrest, back and seat upholstered over moulded foam, and black sides. A cable control synchro mechanism gives smooth adjustments and natural movement, a tilt tension knob fine-tunes the resistance when you lean back, and bodyweight-activated lumbar support protects the natural curve of your lower back. What Buro calls 3D armrests carry soft PU arm pads.
It has the widest seat of the three chairs, 590 mm, and the same certifications as Buro's office chairs: ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017, GREENGUARD Gold and Australian Physiotherapy Association endorsement. For an ergonomic gaming chair in Australia at the start of the range, this is it.

This Listing
This is the Buro x PowerA Raider, Buro code 154-PU3-2: a single specification in grey PU with black sides, a built-in headrest, 3D armrests and a black nylon base with kick plates. There are no colour or arm options to choose, and the seat does not slide for depth.
If you sit for longer days, the Buro x PowerA Navigator gaming chair (black PU, backrest angle adjustment) and the Buro x PowerA Sentinel ergonomic mesh gaming chair are both rated for 8+ hours a day and 130 kg, with a 5-year guarantee. All three pair with the Buro x PowerA Frontier height adjustable gaming desk.
Why We Chose Buro
Buro Seating was founded in Auckland in 1994 and has been part of ACCO Brands since 1 March 2025. It publishes a specification sheet and dimensioned line drawings for each chair, and states its certifications, weight rating and guarantee model by model.
We sell the Buro x PowerA chairs because they carry the same paperwork as Buro's office range: ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017 certification, GREENGUARD Gold and Australian Physiotherapy Association endorsement. If you want to compare weight ratings across chairs, read our guide to office chair weight ratings in Australia, or call 02 9640 0642 to arrange a visit to our Pyrmont showroom (by appointment, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm).
