Why a footrest that moves?
Flokk describes the Quickstep as a "tilting footrest" that "stimulates circulation". With the curved side down, it rocks gently under your feet as you work, so your legs keep moving instead of sitting still all day.
It sits on the floor rather than on the chair, so it works with any chair and desk, and you can nudge it into place with your foot.

Turn it curved side down for a rocking footrest. Flip it over and it sits flat for a steady rest when you want to keep still.
It is a seated footrest. If you want foot support that attaches to a raised chair, look at the HÅG StepUp or the HÅG Capisco footring.
