Framery Four Meeting Pod
The Framery Four is a four-person acoustic meeting pod that replaces the need for a dedicated meeting room, without construction, council approval, or building work. Place it in your open-plan floor, plug it in, and have a fully functional private meeting space that four people can use comfortably for video calls, workshops, and confidential conversations.
The interior seats four around a central table with a display mount, power outlets, USB charging, and integrated lighting. Class A acoustic performance, 30 DS,A dB speech level reduction under ISO 23351-1, means a normal speaking voice inside the Framery Four is not intelligible from the desk two metres away, and noise from the office does not bleed in to disrupt your call. Adaptive ventilation moves up to 100 L/s.
Why Australian businesses choose the Framery Four: building a meeting room in a Sydney or Melbourne commercial tenancy means fit-out cost, weeks of disruption, and landlord approval. The Framery Four is relocatable — Framery offers a reusable movability kit that lets it be moved on casters without disassembly — and it goes with you when your lease ends.
Four interior layouts are available: Base leaves the space clear for project-specific furniture, Lite adds a full-sized table and two sofas, Essentials adds coat hooks and cushions to that, and Accessible uses folding furniture, a pull bar, an accessible threshold and a platform.
Framery Smart connectivity comes standard: built-in 4G, Wi-Fi, mmWave radar presence detection, usage analytics, and integration with Outlook, Google Calendar, and most room booking platforms.

The 2.26 m crate is usually the constraint rather than the weight — measure your lift car's internal diagonal before ordering. Our guide to getting a Framery pod into your building covers lifts, floor loading and clearances in full. Framery does not publish a point load per levelling foot; ask us and we will request it in writing for your engineer.

Warranty
Framery's global warranty applies. It is not one period across the whole pod — cover differs by component:
- 5 years — structure and standard parts
- 2 years — wear parts, including gas lifts, levelling gliders, fabrics, felt, carpet, the door, door seals, hinges and locks
- 2 years — electronic components, including LED lighting, fans, power and USB chargers, wireless chargers, screens, motion sensors and motor-driven height adjustment
- 1 year — Framery Connect sensors
Two conditions decide whether that cover is live. The warranty has to be activated by completing Framery's installation report form, and the pod has to be installed by a Framery-trained installer — if it isn't, Framery is not obliged to remedy defects. Defects must be reported within 21 days of being discovered.
This is the practical reason to buy through an authorised dealer rather than a grey-market importer. Where we handle the installation, we complete the installation report and use Framery-trained installers, so your cover is live from handover.
Software is supplied without warranty, and normal wear, textile pilling, non-approved third-party parts, unauthorised repairs and improper relocation or dismantling are excluded.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pods are made to order and installed on site, so once installed they cannot be returned for change of mind. Cancellation before installation is possible with costs already incurred deducted — talk to us as early as possible, because what is recoverable depends on how far the order has progressed. Full terms are in our returns policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged goods are separate and are not limited by any of this.

Exclusions. Normal wear and tear, textile pilling, non-approved third-party parts, unauthorised repairs or customisations, and improper moving or dismantling are not covered. Software is supplied without warranty of any kind.
