The Framery One is a single-person workspace for video calls, phone calls and an hour of uninterrupted work in an open-plan office. The acoustic shell is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, and inside is an electric sit-stand desk, integrated lighting, a power outlet and USB-C.
Three layouts: Base, with the desk and no chair; Essentials, which adds a height-adjustable chair with dual footrests; and Lounge, with a built-in sofa, padded footstool and a fixed-height table. At 122 cm wide it has the room the One Compact gives up.

Step in and the pod reserves itself; book ahead from the Framery app or your calendar and extend from the 5-inch touchscreen. An occupancy sensor drives the lighting, the in-use indicator on the roof and the ventilation, which runs at 26 L/s whenever the pod is occupied and drops to 7 L/s on standby.
Dual 4000 K light sources switch between work and video modes, built-in 4G keeps the software current, and usage data in Framery Connect shows whether the pod earns its floor space.

Plan the Approval Before the Delivery
A pod is not automatically outside the approval process. In New South Wales, Building Commission NSW practice advice of 24 January 2025 treats the installation of office pods as building work, which brings in certification, fire services, egress and accessibility. No other state has published an equivalent position, and a supplier compliance letter, ours included, does not bind an Australian certifier. Raise it with your certifier early rather than after delivery.
Then the practical checks: a 229 × 131 × 88 cm crate at 430 kg (the Lounge adds a second, smaller crate), a 90° door swing, and 240 × 201.5 cm of floor to operate in. Our delivery and installation guide covers lifts, floor loading and clearances.

Bought Right, Installed Right
Framery's warranty is only live if two conditions are met: the installation report is completed to activate it, and the pod is installed by a Framery-trained installer. That is the practical reason to buy through an authorised dealer rather than a grey-market importer. Where we handle the installation, both conditions are met at handover.

Framery does not publish a minimum room height for the One; the pod is 225.5 cm tall and we will confirm clearance on site before delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Framery One is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, with a speech level reduction of 30 D(S,A) dB. A normal speaking voice inside is not intelligible at a desk two metres away, and office noise does not come in to disrupt a call. Class A is the second-highest of Framery's five bands (A+, A, B, C, D). Be careful comparing against bare "dB" figures from other brands: those are usually panel measurements that give a higher, non-comparable number.
Base has the electric sit-stand desk and no chair, for standing calls or your own seating. Essentials adds a height-adjustable chair with dual footrests and is the usual choice for a shared floor. Lounge swaps the desk and chair for a built-in sofa, a padded footstool and a fixed-height table at 88 cm, for a more relaxed call. It ships as one crate, 229 × 131 × 88 cm at 430 kg; the Lounge layout adds a second 80 × 60 × 70 cm crate for 464 kg in total. The assembled pod is 357 kg (370 kg Lounge), 225.5 cm tall, and needs 240 × 201.5 cm of floor to operate with the door open. It plugs into a standard outlet. Chair Dinkum delivers and installs Australia-wide with Framery-trained installers and completes the installation report, which is what activates the warranty. Framery's warranty is per component, not a flat term: 5 years on the structure and standard parts, 2 years on wear parts (gas lifts, levelling gliders, fabrics, felt, carpet, the door, seals, hinges and locks), 2 years on electronics (LED lighting, fans, chargers, screens, sensors) and 1 year on Framery Connect sensors. Two conditions keep it live: the installation report must be completed to activate it, and the pod must be installed by a Framery-trained installer. Defects must be reported within 21 days of discovery, and improper relocation or dismantling is excluded. Where we install, both conditions are met at handover. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by it.
Choose the One if people will sit in it for an hour at a time: it has the sit-stand desk, a proper chair and 122 cm of width. If the job is calls and short video meetings and floor space is tight, the One Compact gives the same Class A rating in 1.03 m² for less money. For meetings of two to four people, look at the Framery Four. Casters are optional on all three for moving within a floor; a move between buildings should be done by a trained installer, and we relocate Framery pods Australia-wide.
