Delivered and installed Australia-wide by Framery-trained installers. The pod ships as one crate, 228.5 × 114.5 × 86.5 cm at 310 kg, and plugs into a standard outlet. We will confirm lift access, floor loading and any approval requirements with you before delivery is booked.

Pods are made to order and installed on site, so once installed they cannot be returned for change of mind. Cancellation before installation is possible with costs already incurred deducted; talk to us as early as possible, because what is recoverable depends on how far the order has progressed. Full terms are in our returns policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged goods are separate and are not limited by any of this.

Framery's warranty applies per component:

  • 5 years: structure and standard parts.
  • 2 years: wear parts, including gas lifts, levelling gliders, fabrics, felt, carpet, door, door seals, hinges and locks.
  • 2 years: electronic components, including LED lights, fans, power and USB chargers, wireless chargers, screens, motion sensors and motor-driven height adjustment.
  • 1 year: Framery Connect sensors.

Conditions. Framery is not obliged to remedy defects unless the warranty is activated by completing Framery's installation report form, the pod is installed by a Framery-trained installer, the pod is used indoors in normal office conditions and maintained to Framery's instructions, and defects are notified within 21 days of discovery. Where Chair Dinkum installs, we complete the installation report and use trained installers, so cover is live from handover.

Exclusions. Normal wear and tear, textile pilling, non-approved third-party parts, unauthorised repairs or customisations, and improper moving or dismantling. Software is supplied without warranty of any kind.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Smallest Framery

The Framery One Compact is the most space-efficient way to give a team real acoustic privacy. At 103 cm wide and 100 cm deep it fits where a standard phone booth cannot: corridors, alcoves, touchdown areas and open-plan floors where every square metre is committed.

What you are paying less for is footprint, not performance. Inside is the same Class A acoustic rating as the full Framery One, a table at standing height with a power outlet, dual 4000 K lighting and adaptive ventilation. Choose the Base layout to stand, or Essentials, which adds a height-adjustable stool with a footrest.

Every Feature, Less Space

One specification surprises people: the Compact's maximum airflow is 36 L/s against the full Framery One's 26 L/s, into a smaller volume. Ventilation is not the reason to step up to the larger booth. mmWave radar knows when someone is inside and settles the fans to 26 L/s in use, and an 8-inch touchscreen switches lighting between work and video modes.

Framery's Office Sound Masking System is included, built-in 4G keeps the software current, and bookings run through Outlook, Google Calendar or your room-booking platform, with usage data in Framery Connect.

Plan the Approval Before the Delivery

A pod is not automatically outside the approval process. In New South Wales, Building Commission NSW practice advice of 24 January 2025 treats the installation of office pods as building work, which brings in certification, fire services, egress and accessibility. No other state has published an equivalent position, and a supplier compliance letter, ours included, does not bind an Australian certifier. Raise it with your certifier early rather than after delivery.

Then the practical checks: it ships as a single 228.5 × 114.5 × 86.5 cm crate at 310 kg, stands 225 cm tall, and needs a 180° door swing clear. Our delivery and installation guide covers lifts, floor loading and clearances.

Warranty & Service

Bought Right, Installed Right

Framery's warranty is only live if two conditions are met: the installation report is completed to activate it, and the pod is installed by a Framery-trained installer. That is the practical reason to buy through an authorised dealer rather than a grey-market importer. Where we handle the installation, both conditions are met at handover.

Door seals, hinges, levelling and ventilation are wear parts on two-year cover, so a pod also needs servicing over its life. We service, repair and relocate Framery pods Australia-wide, including pods bought elsewhere. See the Framery pod care and maintenance guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

The One Compact is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, with a speech level reduction of 30 D(S,A) dB, the same rating as the full-size Framery One and the Framery Four. A normal speaking voice inside is not intelligible at a desk two metres away. It also includes Framery's Office Sound Masking System. Be careful comparing against bare "dB" figures from other brands: those are usually panel measurements that give a higher, non-comparable number.

Width and what is inside. The Compact is 103 cm wide with a table fixed at standing height and an optional stool; the Framery One is 122 cm wide with an electric sit-stand desk and a chair, and it is the better choice for long focused sessions. Acoustically they are the same rating, and the Compact actually ventilates harder (36 L/s against 26 L/s). If the job is calls and short video meetings in a tight floor plan, the Compact does it for less money and a third less floor area.

Do not assume it doesn't. Yes. Framery's optional casters kit lets the Compact be repositioned within a floor without disassembly. For a move between buildings it is dismantled and reassembled, and because improper dismantling is a warranty exclusion, that should be done by a trained installer.
