HAT Collective E2
A Spring Arm for Everyday Screens
The E2 is HAT Collective's spring-balanced monitor arm, which HAT describes as the next generation of its original Envoy arm. It holds one screen of 1 to 9 kg, up to 32 inches, and moves up, down, in and out with one hand.
It gives 337 mm of height adjustment, a maximum monitor height of 523 mm and 602 mm of extension, so the screen sits at the height and distance you choose rather than where its stand puts it.
Set-Up
Set It Up From Above the Desk
The E2 clamps to the desk edge or fixes through a grommet hole, both from above, on worktops up to 38 mm thick. A VESA 75 and 100 adapter is included, so most screens bolt straight on.
Set the spring with the tension indicator before you mount the screen. The base can be set to rotate through 180 or 360 degrees, which stops the arm swinging into a wall or partition behind the desk.

If the screen weighs 1 to 9 kg without its stand (about 7.2 kg or less if it is curved), is no larger than 32 inches and has 75 or 100 mm VESA holes, it is within HAT's rating. Check the weight on the screen maker's specification sheet.
