The Logic, Made for the Night Shift
Flokk calls the Logic Elite the 24/7 version of its Logic office chair, and lists it in RH's 24/7 range beside the RH Secur24. It is meant for the places where a chair is rarely empty: emergency services, transport control centres, offshore installations and trading rooms are the settings Flokk names.
Underneath, it is the RH Logic 220: the same 620 mm high back, the same frictional tilt that follows you and locks in any position, the same separately adjustable back angle and the same pictogram controls you can reach while seated. What changes is the padding, and the guarantee term that applies when the chair is used around the clock.
Twenty Millimetres More
Flokk's factsheet gives the difference in one line: 20 mm of extra padding in the seat and the back pad. Over a twelve-hour shift that is where the comfort is, and it shows in the figures. On the standard 4T NPR gas stem the seat sits 417 to 570 mm high rather than the Logic 220's 397 to 550 mm, and the armrests set 179 to 295 mm above the seat rather than 199 to 315 mm.
Everything else is the Logic 220: a 490 mm wide seat with a rounded waterfall front, a seat slide from 400 to 499 mm, a seat angle from +8.6 to −15.5 degrees, and a tilt tension you can set for anyone from about 40 to 150 kg in seven turns.
Support From the Hips to the Head
The back is 620 mm high and 433 mm wide and adjusts from 581 to 681 mm above the seat, with its angle set separately through 19 degrees. Flokk fits an inflatable lumbar pump as standard, so the support in the small of your back is firmed up or softened with a few squeezes rather than a lever, anywhere from 135 to 233 mm above the seat.
On the chairs we hold, a neckrest sits above it, adjustable in height and depth, for the moment you lean back to watch a wall of screens. It is upholstered to match the chair: black leather on the leather chairs, black 24/7 fabric on the fabric chairs.
The Details
Five Things That Make It a Logic 220 Elite
The extra padding, the high back, the seat, the two seat sizes and the coat hanger — what you get in the chairs we hold in Sydney.

Twenty Millimetres More
Flokk's 24/7 version of the Logic 220 adds 20 mm of padding to the seat and back pad. The seat sits 417–570 mm high on the 4T NPR stem and the armrests 179–295 mm above the seat.

A 620 mm Back and a Lumbar Pump
The back adjusts 581–681 mm above the seat and through 19° of angle, with an inflatable lumbar pump as standard and a neckrest adjustable in height and depth.

Seat Slide and Tilt
A 490 mm wide seat with a waterfall front, a slide from 400 to 499 mm, a seat angle from +8.6° to −15.5° and a frictional tilt that locks in any position.

Standard or XL Seat
Both seat sizes are held in black leather and in black 24/7 fabric. The XL seat is chosen at order rather than set with a lever; call us if you are unsure which suits you.

Coat Hanger Fitted
Flokk's Logic coat hanger is fitted to both leather chairs and to the XL fabric chair we hold, so a jacket stays off the floor of a shared console.

RH Logic 200 & 220: Flokk's user guide
This Model
We hold the RH Logic 220 Elite in four configurations: a standard or XL seat, each in black Elmosoft leather or in black 24/7 Forever fabric. All four have height-, width- and depth-adjustable 8L armrests that also turn, the neckrest, the inflatable lumbar pump, the 4T NPR gas stem, a black aluminium base 680 mm across and castors for hard floors. Flokk's Logic coat hanger is fitted to both leather chairs and to the XL fabric chair.
Other upholsteries, soft-floor castors, a polished base and the other gas stems are available to order. If you want the same chair without the extra padding, the RH Logic 220 is the standard version.
Why We Stock It
We stock the Elite for the buyer who wants the Logic's adjustment and looks in a room that runs around the clock. A Secur24 is the heavier, more specialised control room chair; the Elite is the one that also looks at home in a trading room or a shared operations office, and it carries Flokk's 24/7 positioning and guarantee term.
Call 02 9640 0642 to talk through the upholstery for a 24/7 tender, including whether a fabric is one of RH's approved 24/7 fabrics, or visit our Pyrmont showroom at Shop 1, 209 Harris Street to see what is on the floor. We quote whole rooms directly.

Dimensions
Dimensions are Flokk's published figures from the RH Logic 200 & 220 factsheet, measured to EN 1335-1, for the standard 4T NPR gas stem. Chair weight, carbon footprint (production stages A1–A3) and the 56% recycled content of this model come from Flokk's EPD NEPD-7707-7087-EN, valid to October 2029, and exclude armrests and packaging. XL seat dimensions are not published by Flokk. Flokk publishes no Elite-specific maximum user weight; RH's general warranty condition is users up to 150 kg. Guarantee terms are on our warranty page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Padding and purpose. Flokk adds 20 mm of padding to the Elite's seat and back pad and positions it as the 24/7 version of the Logic. The extra padding raises the seat by 20 mm (417–570 mm on the standard gas stem against 397–550 mm) and lowers the armrests relative to the seat (179–295 mm against 199–315 mm). The mechanism, back, lumbar pump, seat slide and options are the same. For a normal working day the RH Logic 220 is the one to look at.
Flokk describes the Logic Elite as the 24/7 version of the Logic and lists it in its RH 24/7 range. Flokk's guarantee is 10 years for normal use up to 9 hours a day, and 5 years for RH chairs approved for control room 24/7 use; under the 24/7 term, upholstery is covered only where it is an RH-approved 24/7 fabric. Chair Dinkum is the exclusive Australian distributor for the Flokk group, so claims are assessed and handled by us in Sydney rather than routed offshore. Terms are on our warranty page, and your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition.
Black Elmosoft leather wipes clean and suits a chair shared across shifts. The black Forever fabric is sold for 24/7 seating and is warmer over a long shift; if the upholstery guarantee matters for your tender, call 02 9640 0642 and we will confirm with Flokk whether it is an RH-approved 24/7 fabric before you order. The standard seat is 490 mm wide and 480 mm deep and suits most people; the XL seat is for anyone the standard seat has never fitted across the hips or under the thighs. Flokk does not publish the XL seat's dimensions.
Flokk publishes no user weight rating specific to the Logic Elite. RH's general warranty condition is users up to 150 kg. The 40 to 150 kg range on the factsheet is the tilt-tension adjustment, not a rating. If a certified capacity is a tender requirement, call 02 9640 0642 and we will confirm it with Flokk in writing before you submit.
Rooms that never close: emergency services and dispatch, transport control centres, offshore and site operations rooms, trading floors and security monitoring, the settings Flokk names for it. It also suits anyone who sits for long days and wants the Logic's high back with more padding under them.
Yes. Call 02 9640 0642 or visit our Pyrmont showroom at Shop 1, 209 Harris Street to see what is on the floor. If you are specifying a whole room, we quote projects directly and can talk you through armrest, castor, base and upholstery options and lead times.
