Design
Three Sheets of Glass
The front is three sheets of frameless enamelled glass, in black or white, with the frames hidden behind them. A long 850 × 180 mm ceiling panel gives 2500 lm of CRI 90+, 4000 K light evenly across the table.
The handle is curved birch or die-cast aluminium, and the hinges are removable (black or white) for easy door installation.

Every NUMO pod has the same secure smart system: a touchscreen inside, booking hardware fitted as standard, and no cloud.
Touchscreen control
A wall-mounted, high-resolution touchscreen controls light and ventilation. Your company logo can be shown on screen.
Ventilation that scales
Airflow can be turned up at the touchscreen as more people join the meeting.
Company-wide presets
Facility managers set the time zone, default light and fan levels, and scheduled ventilation that can run before and after office hours, so the pod is fresh even when empty.
Personal, then reset
Users adjust light and airflow to suit; when they leave, the pod returns to the company presets for the next person.
Booking built in
Booking hardware is fitted as standard. With the optional software, staff book ahead by phone or PC, book or extend at the touchscreen, and see availability on the green, yellow and red occupancy light.
Secure by design
Data is processed on site: no cloud and no third parties. The booking software runs on your own office computer, or on a small pre-loaded PC we can supply.

If your colour and setup are in stock, we deliver on your schedule; if not, allow 8 weeks from order. It arrives in one crate, assembled in position from pre-built modules. We quote delivery and installation for your site, Australia-wide, and check access, lifts and floor loading first.
