Open-plan offices are built for collaboration, and calls are the first thing they get wrong. The NUMO Call gives one person a closed room for a phone or video call, on a footprint of one metre by just over one metre.
Speech level reduction is 29.43 dB under ISO 23351-1, with an independent third-party test report. In practice, speech stays clear inside and becomes hard to follow outside, so calls stop adding to the noise of the floor. No pod is completely soundproof.
Design
One Sheet of Glass
The front is a single sheet of frameless enamelled glass, in black or white, with the door and window frames concealed behind it. The door frame is cut from one sheet of birch plywood, so there are no visible joints on the front.
The handle is die-cast aluminium. If you want an even cleaner front, an optional side-groove opening removes the front handle altogether.

Light, Air and a Place to Lean
A fixed desk shelf (65 × 35 cm, 103 cm high) holds a laptop at standing or perching height, with a power outlet, USB-A and USB-C charging and a USB-C data port. A height-adjustable stool (52–77 cm, pure wool upholstery) is available.
The ceiling panel gives 1300 lm of CRI 90+, 4000 K light, and a wall-mounted accent light puts even light on your face for video calls. Two fans renew the air in 56 seconds and can be turned up or down at the touchscreen.

The NUMO Call measures 1000 × 1032 mm on plan and 2200 mm high. It weighs 360 kg and arrives in one crate for assembly on site.
The door hinges on the right as standard (seen from outside); a left-hand door can be specified at order for an additional charge.

Touchscreen control
A wall-mounted, high-resolution touchscreen controls light and ventilation. Your company logo can be shown on screen.
Desktop control panel (option)
A desk-mounted socket with its own touchscreen adds one-tap Phone, Work and Relax scenes, 65 W fast charging and extra power and data ports.
Company-wide presets
Facility managers set the time zone, default light and fan levels, and scheduled ventilation that can run before and after office hours, so the pod is fresh even when empty.
Personal, then reset
Users adjust light and airflow to suit; when they leave, the pod returns to the company presets for the next person.
Booking built in
Booking hardware is fitted as standard. With the optional software, staff book ahead by phone or PC, book or extend at the touchscreen, and see availability on the green, yellow and red occupancy light.
Secure by design
Data is processed on site: no cloud and no third parties. The booking software runs on your own office computer, or on a small pre-loaded PC we can supply.
