Step Out of the Open Plan
Open offices are good at conversation and poor at privacy. The YADO 100 gives one person a closed room on less than a square metre of floor: step in, close the door, take the call.
Inside is a high stool and a birch-ply desk shelf, sized for calls, video meetings and short stretches of focused work rather than a full day. For longer sessions, the YADO 120 adds width and a sit-stand desk.

A Quiet Door
The door is black enamelled glass with its frame concealed behind it, finished with birch plywood handles that are easy to push or pull from any side. A birch plywood frame inside the door opening carries the same warm material into the booth.
The manufacturer publishes a speech level reduction of about 30 dB D(S,A) under ISO 23351-1. No pod is completely soundproof; this is a private room for the conversations an open floor shouldn't hear.

Plan the Space
The YADO 100 is 1000 mm wide, 990 mm deep and 2200 mm high, on a footprint of 0.99 m². Allow 2400 mm of room height and 1900 mm front to back so the door can open fully. The door can hang left or right.
It weighs 405 kg and arrives in one crate (2270 × 1130 × 930 mm). We check the lift, corridors and floor with you as part of the quote.

Light, Air and Power, Built In
Two lights do two jobs: a 1700 lm ceiling light brings the desk up to 500 lux, and a separate 1000 lm video light puts up to 400 lux on your face, so you look like yourself on camera.
A presence sensor brings light and air up when someone steps in. Ventilation runs up to 47 L/s and is set on the touchscreen, which also handles room booking. A power outlet, USB-A and USB-C charging sit at the desk.

Yes. The light, fans and charging outlets run from mains power (100–240 VAC input, 28 W typical), so the booth needs a power point within reach of its cable. We confirm the connection for your site with your quote.
The booth arrives in one crate and is assembled in position. We quote delivery and installation for your site, Australia-wide, and check access, lifts and floor loading with you first. In New South Wales, Building Commission NSW guidance treats an office pod as a room, so installation is building work and your certifier's requirements apply; we can supply the product information we hold.
