Most conversations that need privacy don't need a boardroom. The YADO 220 puts a room for two to four people on the open floor, so a one-to-one, a client call or a small team check-in can happen where the team already works.
It stands on 2.71 m², needs no construction, and can be planned into an existing fit-out.

A Quiet Front
The front is 8 mm enamelled glass with the door and window frames concealed behind it, so the pod reads as one calm surface rather than a grid of frames. The rear is 5 + 5 mm laminated sound-control glass.
A single glazed door in the centre opens through 180°, and an occupancy light on top shows from across the floor whether the room is free, booked or in use.

Face to Face, With Fresh Air
Two upholstered sofas face each other across a 700 × 530 mm table, with a 440 mm seat height for a relaxed conversation or an hour with laptops open. Four people fit; two have room to spread out.
Four fan channels with vibration damping move 66 L/s by default and up to 132 L/s, and the manufacturer states a full air change takes 30 seconds. The 2500 lm, 4000 K light has standard and video-call presets on the touchscreen.

We quote delivery and installation for your site, Australia-wide, and check access, lifts and floor loading with you first. In New South Wales, Building Commission NSW guidance treats an office pod as a room, so installation is building work and your certifier's requirements apply; we can supply the product information we hold.
