Yes. Every Herman Miller chair we sell is 100% genuine. We source them as international parallel imports, which means they are not supplied through the standard Australian authorised-retail channel. Because of this, serial-based registration with Herman Miller is not available. Warranty support is provided directly by Chair Dinkum.
How does the warranty work for parallel imports?
Warranty support is provided directly by Chair Dinkum. If you experience any issues with your chair, contact us and we will handle the repair or replacement. You do not need to register with Herman Miller. Our warranty covers the same defects as the standard manufacturer warranty.
What size Aeron do I need?
The Aeron comes in three sizes: Size A (small, for people under 170cm/65kg), Size B (medium, suits most people 165-185cm), and Size C (large, for people over 180cm/100kg). Size B fits approximately 80% of users. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting us for personalised advice.
What is the difference between PostureFit SL and Adjustable Lumbar?
PostureFit SL uses two independent pads that support both your sacrum and lumbar region, encouraging a natural forward pelvic tilt. Adjustable Lumbar is a single height-adjustable pad. PostureFit SL is generally preferred for all-day sitting as it provides more complete lower back support.
